CS Deepak Gajrani

FCS, LLB

CS Deepak Gajrani, an aCAdemician at heart, is Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and he was Winner of Best SMTP participant Award in Secretarial Training Modular Program at NIRC-ICSI. He is Law Graduate from University of Delhi (LL.B.).

He has been Visiting Faculty at ICSI and ICAI.He has passionately taught the in-depth interpretations of  Board of Directors, General Meeting, Share CApital, Amalgamation, Prospectus, Books of Accounts etc.  for more than 20 years to ensure that students become good corporate managers and good corporate advisors.

He has been able to contribute to the lives of many students who have successfully made a space for themselves in top law firms, reputed companies and top CA firms. Many of his students have become leading Company Secretaries and are creating landmarks everyday in their professional life.

He has dediCAted his life for teaching the students – “the art and skill of interpretation” through the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 from the source, i.e. bare act. He has been on a mission of empowering his students with outstanding CApability of dissecting the sections, sub-sections and clauses to make them stand class apart.
